This is a video of Donnie and myself at Pocono Medical Center, he was sparring and accidentally got headbutted by one of his training partners, pretty nice slice above the left eye, luckily got it fixed up and is ready to ROCK on Oct. 8th 2011.

Very Inspirational Story
August 15th, 2011I have to say, that even though I grew up with my mom and dad, you really never know how truly strong they are until you watch them handle adversity. Growing up I was always told, you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to. To be quite honest, I believed them!! As many of you know me, you know that is where I get my philosophy of NO LIMITS.
Having said that, a year or so ago my mom had cancer. Her surgery was successful, went through the radiation treatments, and let’s just say a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort. Never, did we hear a negative word out of her mouth, instead, she became inspired, inspired to do the things in life she had always put off. She learned to swim!! Seriously never knew how to swim, not even float:) My mom and dad finally bought the house down the shore they have been talking about for 20 plus years. A few months back, she told me she wanted to run a 5k… The journey began the following day, when she started she could not run more than 10 seconds without having to stop and catch her breath. Well, Saturday, August 13th 2011 after months of training my mom completed her 5k and it was an honor to run right next to her the entire time.
What’s next for this 60 plus runner girl you might ask?…. She ask me for a training plan to complete a 1/2 marathon in the fall. Not surprising at all with her indomitable spirit!!! Go MOM. Here is a video of the day!!

Richie Patishnock Wins!!!!!
July 20th, 2011On Saturday July 16th, at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkesbarre, PA. Rich Patishnock final got to unload his fury he has been holding onto for weeks. After several of his fights he had scheduled were canceled, this was his night.
First round action, Richie nearly stopped his opponent with a barrage of punches. His opponent held on and lasted through all three rounds. Decision PATISHNOCK!!! Very exciting fight, easily the fight of the night.
We are all very proud of Richie for his dedication and focus. He has a big future in MMA fighting. As a pro right now he is undefeated at 2 and0.
Go Richie!!!!!

June 29th, 2011OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!! What a whirlwind of events for Charlie “the Spaniard” Brenneman. The world of No Limits Personal Training would like to congratulate Charlie for taking advantage of the huge opportunity that was offered to him!!! Most of the world knows, but I will tell you anyway. (I will try to be brief) Got to Pittsburg on Wednesday was told his opponent TJ Grant was to sick to fight. Was pulled from the fight card!!! BOOOO, was told to make weight just in the event another 170 pounder did not pass their physical. 15 minutes before weigh ins, was offered the co-main event against rising star Rick “the Horror” Story. Took the fight, and showed the world what the Spaniard is all about……. Carpe Diem…. that is correct seizing the day. Oh yeah, he dominated the fight!!!!!
I had the privilege of being part of Charlies corner that night, it was an honor for me to see all his dreams come true in front of all his family and friends right there in his home town, on national TV none the less. Spaniard, Spaniard, Spaniard… need I say more!!!!!
